I was very happy with my first visit.I haven’t met my doctor yet. With that being said; I had a great experience and interactions with all of the staff that I have met so far.- You actually speak to a person on the phone! Thank you, Brian!!- The Staff all give off good vibes and friendliness. I even told the front office nurses that it feels like home and chatting with family. That is a big deal for me.I will keep y’all updated.
I Traveled to Cape Coral to see Dr. Sousa, I live in Fort Myers around the corner from his Fort Myers office. I was told he’s not in the Fort Myers office on Monday which is my day off from work. When I got to Cape Coral for my appointment I was seen by a P.A., not the Doctor.. My appointment was made to see Dr. Sousa in the Cape Office specifically to see him. My insurance pays for me to see a Doctor and since I hadn’t seen him in 10 months I was willing to travel over the bridge into the Cape. My request was to see the Doc... read more
