Top notch from top to bottom. I wouldn’t see any other urologist.
My father has a large aggressive tumor in his bladder. Dr Sousa cared for him quickly and kindly by removing the tumor ASAP. His staff was professional and caring. Both Dr Sousa and his staff gave my frightened parents peace of mind and hope by carefully explaining the procedure, what was expected and answering their many questions. Once again I was promised I was going to see the Dr. and once again I did not see the Doctor AFTER WAITING 2 1/2 hours I have never seen the same person twice, that becomes a problem because that creates anxiety for the patient because you feel like there is a disconnect one person will tell you one thing the other will say another. Needless to say I'm very disappointed this is a good Doctor that is basically ruining his reputation. If he can't handle the amount of patients don't make so many appointments!!
Neil Soeder was a patient of Dr. Miranda-Sousa until we moved to Gulf Breeze, Fl in October of 2021. Dr. Miranda-Sousa was an excellent caring doctor who diagnosed his Bladder Cancer issue immediately. Neil misses Dr. Miranda-Sousa but will always remember all of the attention and quick response with his knowledge to Neil's every 3 month check up and immediately took action when necessary.
