Excellent care by the staff, especially PA Kimberly.
I didn't go to the Dr. To see the Medical Assistant. Of 5 appointments I saw the Dr. 2 times. I canceled my last appointment when I realized it was with the "MA". A Medacal Assistant is nowhere near an MD! I know more than he does! I didn't pay and drive and wait to see an MA! I have a new Dr. Not going back to this office.
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer 6 yrs ago. I feel Dr Sosa and his Associates have saved the life of this now 80 yr old man.Great Doc, Great Man.
The staff at Urology Experts is always thorough and professional. I feel they have my best interest in mind and take the time to answer my questions. With a location in Fort Myers and Cape Coral it makes it easier if I need to reschedule.

If you enjoy sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours and seeing a PA, this is the office for you!
Excellent service by everyone in the office. I was very anxious and nervous about my first appointment yesterday and was extremely pleased with the timely, reassuring and confident staff. Dr Sousa and Kimberly really made me comfortable and confident. I would mthem to anyone.
Don’t mind even going to this office if I can give zero stars I would I waited two hours to be seen. They called me back on my way to my room. I saw the staff only laughing and playing around . In the hallway I waited in the room another 15 minutes until somebody else came in to take my blood pressure and then waited another 20 minutes to be seen by a PA and not a doctor don’t waste your time to go there only to be seen by a PA .bad place don’t recommend
