My visit on 11/16/17 was pleasant. Dr. Sousa and his stall are always kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about their job. I would recommend them to anyone needing a urologist
I have seen the reviews on here. Dr Sousa has been taking care of me for many years.. People complain about the wait time. This doctor takes the time necessary to take care of his patients. He does not rush thru a patients care like most doctors do. A lot of his patients are difficult cases like myself. You do not leave his office until he is finished. If you have trouble with his staff report them to office management. Doctors do not use all hospitals. He is a great caring doctor
Dr. Miranda Sousa is a very knowledgable and human Doctor. A family man and a great father to his children. I have known and followed him since 2010 from Massachusetts to Florida and would do so even if he moved overseas. I have recommended him to my whole family and closest friends. Sincerely, Hugo C.

No matter when your appointment is, you should count on waiting in an extremely crowded waiting for at least 90 minutes before you get to see the doctor. What is the point of having an appointment? It shows a total lack of respect for his patients. It got so bad that i finally decide to get a new doctor.
Very nice Dr. but his office NEVER calls back. Wife was in ICU with condition he was treating and it took 3 days for the office to finally tell us he won't come to the hospital she was in. We were forced to start over from ground zero with another Urologist while she was critical in ICU.
After waiting for two hours for my husbands procedure to even start, I wasn't allowed to go back to the room with him. Not what the doctor had originally told us. Not even an apology from the staff. Bad. Bad. Experience.
