When I found out how expensive it waWhen I found out how expensive it was to analyze my dogs masses, they gave me permission to get that done elsewhere, checked off a Box, and had me sign a form and then dumped them instead so there's no way to know for sure she hasn't got cancer. They charged me more than I was quoted without the analysis, and the manager basically told me it was bc of what I did signing that form (like it's my fault they aren't paying attention). The corporate manager talked to us yesterday and was more em... read more
This is a short review of my experience with THRIVE. I've taken my dog to THRIVE since 2018, and wish I had read the reviews, before entrusting the Vets to care for my, now, 8 year old Shih Tzu. (I stopped giving my dog treats over one year ago. Because too much protein for small dogs will affect stomach and kidneys). My dog has issues that were not monitored, and overall not discussed with me. I read her medical records. In April 2021, I took my dog to THRIVE because once yearly, she has an attack of diarrhea, plus she has ... read more

Thrive is overstepping its boundaries in the provider-customer relationship. I was asked a series of personal health questions by staff that they said I had to answer before I could be in the room while my pet was being examined. They literally asked me if I had traveled internationally. This is America! We have a right to medical privacy and this behavior by any business is unacceptable. I know I will not tolerate this kind of treatment by someone I hire to provide a service to me.

We apologize that you had a negative experience when visiting our location. We know that not being able to come in with your pet and having to talk to the vet over the phone can be frustrating, but for the safety of our clients and our staff we do currently have a reduced contact process in place due to COVID-19. We are continuing to evolve and revisit this policy and you can follow our updates on our website here: https://resources.thrivevet.com/coronavirus/. We hope to be able to re-open our lobbies again soon and we do ho... read more
Terrible experience, took weeks to get an appointment, finally on the day of the appointment I was given bad information. In addition to that the soonest they can even do a procedure for fixing my pet or for a simple baby tooth extraction is four months out. So theres no point in even taking the appointment to begin with if they cant even provide a service thats needed. What a joke
Business response:
I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience but appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. To find an available appointment at a nearby THRIVE location, we recommend booking on the THRIVE mobile app which will find the earliest appointment in your area, even if it is not your primary clinic. Our goal is to provide the very best veterinary care to your pet and we are working diligently to have availability for every pet that needs care. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
Not reliable service are given to the animals. Do not care about customer complaints.

Horrible service. First visit the tech did not have a mask on. It was down around her neck. My husband asked her to pull her mask up and she rolled her eyes at him. But she did pull the mask up. The wait time to see doctor is unacceptable. You can wait for 2+ hours after your scheduled appointment. Test results for our pet took 12 days. He could have died within that timeframe. Called everyday for results. Put off and put off.Promised return calls but no calls from doc or staff until we had to threaten them stating we believ... read more
This vet practice does not care about pet end of life and pet pain. They are extremely disorganized, and they don't call you back. I have spent most of the day trying to get through to someone who could possibly help; only to find that although I have treated my pets here until now - including recent shots; I have found that they cannot find an appointment for my near-end-of-life-dog, and they will not prescribe him because the vet that last saw my dog left this practice. What kind of humane treatment of an animal does this ... read more

My cat who had cancer died shortly after 1st chemotherapy treatment. The office is like being in the Land of Oz--you can't see the Wizard. The veternarian--******--will not see you in person even with such an important procedure. We were never told about this or that the cat could die from this. I never should have allowed this alleged vet anywhere near my cat. When I tried to talk to her on the phone about it, she hung up on me. I am suffering from cancer myself and my cat was my support animal. All I want is an apology and... read more
