Great care from Dr Taylor, Bella didn't even mind getting her blood drawn!
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with our hospital and staff. We look forward to continuing to serve you and ***** in the future.
My dog was given a nausea shot and I pad ****** told to take it an emergency care that costs **** dollars for ***** diet and was dehydrated and less than *************************************************************** my house. She was a healthy dog never sick was just vomiting clear mucus. Never received a call to see how my dog was doing after leaving this facility.
Corporate ownership leads to employees who don't care, aren't held accountable, and doctors who are merely well-paid employees. Spent $5300 on a surgery here for a vet-tech... not a doctor... not an owner... not a general manager... for a vet tech to tell us "don't come back, we don't want your business. Go local (ownership). Literally, go anywhere else.
We came to the clinic with our dog who had a possible acute spinal injury. We were met with apathy, no sense of engagement or urgency when we checked in at the counter. As soon as we arrived we informed the totally-checked-out receptionist that our dog had vet anxiety and would probably need a sedative / muzzle to be seen. That vital info was never communicated to the doctor or the tech. We waited an hour in a hot, silent room with no communication from anyone. The tech finally meandered in to tell us it looked like a spinal... read more

I do hope the manager reaches out to me directly. Will update if so.
My vet of 25+ years recently retired, so we needed a new veterinarian. Thrive ******** in a suburb of *******, was right across the street, so we decided to give them a try. I was escorted to an exam room for my dogs annual exam and vaccines, but they did not perform any exam, bloodwork, stool sample right there in the exam room. They removed him from the room and took him in back to do all of the testing. At my previous vet, the techs and vet did everything right there in the exam room with us present. I wondered what they ... read more
I would not give this business any stars but had to toleave this review. This is a three ************** hospital that was sold to Thrive Pet Healthcare in ******, **. They have completed destroyed what used to be the ******** hospital in the area. They are so understaffed that no one answers the phone, the wait time is about three hours for long established patients, and the poor people who work there are quitting in droves because the environment is SO unpleasant for clients, doctors and staff alike.
Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists gave our dog a death sentence and we took her home and I worked with her all night and saved her life. She was shaking, almost dead and these people don't care.We recently adopted a dog, and she became sick and started vomiting and would not eat. She had all her shots including *****. We took her to Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists: They gave her a Parvo test at a cost of $260, which came back negative.Further they wanted to do $1200.00 dollars in additional tests to see what was wrong with... read more
Took my cat in for an exam, he had fur missing on all four legs. He had not been scratching at all and was on flea meds. Staff took him back supposedly to be looked at by the vet, they told me he had fleas and was covered in flea dirt. Ive had cats for 20 years, I know how to check my cats for fleas and flea dirt, he didnt have either. They told me my flea meds werent working, that only ****************, and charged me $79. I spent the money for the Revolution and waited two months, no improvement. I took my cat to a traditi... read more
If you need anything more that a rabies vaccination for your animal then I would recommend going to a traditional pet.I used the ********** location a number of times for routine things like vaccinations and nail clipping. I recently switched to the fountain view location and was so horribly disappointed and frustrated I will no longer go to any of their locations I don't care if it is literally across the street from my house. The staff is so confused, unknowledgeable and unable to assist or even speak clearly it is a disgr... read more
