A vet that only cares about upselling!I made an appt for my dogs and was told it would be $54 for the visit and $69 for the complete vaccine package. I was not told there would be 2 exam fees even though they came together. When I got to the office before we even went back I was told that the cost for each dog would be around $300. That would be $600, nowhere near what I was told the cost was. I was then informed that the price I was given was only for shots and not for ***** or heartworm testing and that if I did not agree ... read more

Honestly, I wish I could give this company negative Stars. This company bought my vets office, that I have been taking my animals to for years. Over the last 5 years all of the best vets quit and the service continued to go downhill. This morning I woke up to a news article stating that our vets office has been spontaneously shuttered. No notice was given and I have a standing appointment that I've been waiting for for months. When I called to complain they sent me to an email address only. Apparently this company has been b... read more

We told them we thought our senior dog was DYING and they told us (on two different occasions) to "find another vet because we are booked up 2 weeks out." We were with Thrive for years! Our dog had an overnight stay at the ** for respiratory distress and lethargy, and were at advised to follow up asap with his vet. They wouldn't even squeeze him in, any day!We found an excellent vet who actually recognized what was happening and they took our dog in very quickly. After their exam they were shocked to hear that our dog was ne... read more

The Truth is your service STINK every time I need you guys you never have space maybe you have too many customers and not enough vets. I pay 30 dollars a month and your service is really not worth .10 cents. I would give you guys a (0) in service unfortunately you can only type (1).

**** ***** location very unprofessional. Used the * word when discussing charges. They now want to charge members a $10.00 clinical support fee in addition to paying 45% more for medicine. We objected to paying the clinical support fee prior to services, and they agreed and performed said service, [ injection] agreeing to waive same. Thereafter, they wanted to collect the $10.00, which we refused and will continue to refuse, as well as cancelling our membership.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Second time they refused to take my fur baby. When my poor cat was sick. They claim to be booked for weeks on end. Refused to see my cat for 10 minute to ensure the well being.Update - these are my test results from her 6 month visit that the hospital I took my cat and the vet at thrive did not request a follow up after reviewing and said she was healthy. As my 6 month old cat had low platelets and low white cell count at the time of the visit. Now Wednesday after taking my cat to a hospital t... read more

I looked up information on the Thrive website before deciding to make an appointment for my dogs. At the time it was $10 per month. I decided to make an appointment of course the appointment was like two weeks out and that was for all their clinics. I end up taking my dogs there and decided to sign up for the wellness plan at the same time they were being seen. As I was doing so I saw that the cost is not what I saw when I made the appointment. I went ahead and signed up due to the high cost of the other services that I had ... read more
