Almost too many complaints to list. They've almost killed one of my dogs insisting that they didn't carry her medication anymore, but did in fact carry it, just not for that specific weight range, and could have offered me a written prescription after I expressed my concerns about switching her. But no. They said this was what they were prescribing now, and it was basically the same exact thing just a different name. I cannot get ahold of anyone regarding their Thrive Plus membership. I have a current membership for one of my dogs and recently adopted another, signed her up for her own membership and now no one at our clinic can locate her profile, even though I have an email confirmation of payment and a charge on my card. I have emailed 5 times and call everyday serval times this past week with no response or email/call call back.

True Passion for pets has died and PRAISING PROFITS has arrived with THRIVE ...The new corporate takeover ownership has tainted the once great neighborhood place we took our animals for over 25 years with their overzealous pursuit of the mighty dollar. $78 for an initial visit for my new dog, which included nothing tangible other than the basic once over. This review is for the Glendale location. I took my 8 week old puppy in for only Wellness Check and Microchipping. Before I got him, his breeder gave him his first vaccination just a week prior. Thrive's Tech told me that I should sign up for their Puppy Package and I said that my puppy doesn't need his next vaccination until 3 weeks later. As I was looking over the terms, they took him into the back room for the exam. WRONG DIAGNOSIS ENDED UP IN MY PET DYING. Scheduled my kitty to be seen because it looked like he was having a hard time breathing, uncomfortable, and not eating well. They said it was his teeth so I scheduled to get his teeth cleaned and some pulled which was extremely expensive. A few weeks later I rushed him to the ** where they did Xrays and his lungs and belly were so full of fluid, it was so severe he didn't end up making it. HOW WAS THIS MISSED??? THIS PLACE HURT MY ANIMAL MORE THAN ONCE The people here are truly terrible, from the office manager to everyone else on the staff. They are rude and dismissive. They treat customers with disdain, as if we are in the way, and complain that they are not treated well. They post signs all over their clinics stating that their employees are overworked and burning out, and request that customers think before speaking. Took my dog to Thrive in *********** for eye pain. I was not allowed to go in the room because of CoVid. I Was told they did not see anything concerning. 2 days later called back on a Thursday to discuss situation was not getting better but worse and was told no one was available because they were out due to the holiday and said I needed to schedule another appointment 5 days later on Tuesday. I have been a client of Thrive Affordable Vet Care for my dog and cat for the past 4 years. I pay $20 per month for their membership program. I had a 10:30am appointment this morning for my dog and pulled into the parking spot at 10:36am, called them to let them know we were there and they told me that because they were already half way through my dogs exam time that I would have to reschedule!
