Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I paid them a lot of money - they never returned my call. You have to call into the call center in order to get ahold of someone. Then when I needed to pick up something they were closed for the weekend and wouldn’t help me. I seriously spent a good amount of cash to be a able to have a vet be assessable - explain how you’re assessable if you’re not even there to help your clients.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE*** This place is horrible. I've been taking my dog in every two days for subcutaneous fluid injections until I can get in with a specialist. Every time I show up they act like they don't have any history on my dog and I have to explain it all over again each time. Today I was charged an extra "Vet Tech" fee and when I called to tell them this was not correct they said there office manager was not in at the moment and I would have to sort this out with her before I got my dog back. I have been a client since the beginning and now looking for a reactive that it does not take a week to 10 days to get in. It’s ridiculous. They are understaffed and overworked. It’s a joke. Everyone at my chosen clinic is nice but scheduling is a joke. The latest incident had to do with my unable to have someone check my cat’s injured and recovering from surgery eye injury. Do not use! You pay your fees and they are ALWAYS booked some how there were dates before I had a membership and once I mentioned my account they are booked for months out EVERY SINGLE TIME AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. How is someone suppose to use the services they paid for if an appointment is denied every single time. I will be spreading the word on this. I even asked for my refund after I needed to schedule much needed appointment and they had the audacity to say I’m not guaranteed anything in return for my money.

I've been a customer of Thrive and this is the third time I've had a bad experience and finally decided to make you aware of my last experience. I called the local Thrive and scheduled three different shots that were due for my pup. I got the shots total amount plus a $49 exam fee that I cannot afford. Horrible Experience! I took my sick kitten in at 8am . Kitten sat in carrier while Dr.Botinas saw other animals with "anxiety" that were deemed more urgent. My kitten sat in his carrier for 3 hours and then I was asked to come back and pick him up in another hour. While I'm waiting I'm watching other customers come out with their dogs and medicine in hand. If I could do a 0. Would. I made an appointment for my dog luna on Monday, 4/5/2021. Nothing was available, so I had to do a Wednesday due to my work schedules. Will take all your $$$! We were referred to this vet because our current vet didn't have the resources to treat our dog over the weekend. They send out the vet tech to bring you an estimation sheet. Ours initially was $670. Jaw dropping but we didn't want her to die. So, we agree to it, telling them we don't want to spend much more.
