Have used Thrive before with no problems. This time I called the "call center" to book an appointment, told them what I needed, my dog needed to be sedated to get her nails trimmed, they said fine and booked an appointment for 4:30 in the afternoon. I called a couple of days before the appointment and asked if there was something they could give me for her stress and they said yes, I paid $46 for pills to give her before her appointment. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to get this $320.25 bill handed to me, to only get a follow up call saying they didn’t get a good fecal exam and can I bring another one the following week??!!! Absolutely the best care. Our dog loved going to see ************** and started whining when we got close to this facility. The vet and other personnel showed loving care to our dog to the point he let them do whatever was necessary for the exam. Unfortunately, due to a tumor, one of his eyes had to be removed. I made two appointments for my dogs back to back. Due to Covid, they don't just let you in when you arrive, you have to check in online and answer questions, which is understandable. For my first appointment, I came in 5 mins late, I got stuck behind an accident and couldn't make a call as I was driving to let them know. I didn't think it was a big deal.
