I went in for an oil change yesterday morning. I was the second car in line and took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. Many people that came in after me were gone before me. I am a little disappointed that it takes 2 hours for an oil change
We drove 270 miles from Ohio to buy our car from Mike Schwartz at Al Serra Kia. Some people think we are nuts but after the great experience we had I would do it again without hesitation!!
I had a appointment at 1pm for a oil change. When I arrived they told me it will take 1 1/2 hours. What is the point of a appointment. They did the same thing to my dad when he was getting a oil change.
