Went in to order a 2017 Cadillac XTS Luxury Premium and the salesperson Kenny Bigelow helped me every step of the sale. He permitted me to take a similar model for a test drive and helped in ordering the exact vehicle for me. So excited to get this new vehicle in a few weeks.

I leased 2014 Silverado almost 3 years ago. Loved it. The dealer contacted me via mail to Pull Ahead and get a new vehicle. I called them and they told me I would get a call back. 2 days later, no call so I went to their website and after an online chat session was told I would get a call. Now, 4 days later still no call. I went and got a Ford. Guess my sale was no big deal to them.
Bought a new Honda Civic from them...I think that about says it all.
