Absolutely the worst dealership. Brought in a 2008 impala to be fixed. Got a call from the service writer saying they fixed the issue now another has arise. Talked to Eric the service write and he told me it has noting to do with what he had fixed. (Didn't know service writers fixed cars) He than went on to tell me that it had to of been me, since he told his lot guys to undo the battery terminal. I just purchased a 2015 GMC Canyon. I went to Al Serra because of Rob Collins. I have purchased three vehicles from Rob over the years and his service and knowledge are unbeatable. I sadly had a bad experience!! Was attempting to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter. We live 3hrs away so I couldn't just drive over and get it. The sales advisor told me all about the car on Monday, on Tuesday I set up to come see the car on Friday. The advisor sent me a buy/sell agreement because we were bringing a cashiers check with us. About a month ago my wife took our 2012 Chrysler 200 in for some warrenty work, the whole process started out shady, they were not going to put us in a rental that would be covered under the extended warrenty I had added upon purchasing the vehical, I haul cars for a living, so my wife had to do this process while I was on the road. I Had A Very Please with my Service Experience Yesterday When I Was there. Knowledgeable Service People,Clean Customer Lounge, Very Accommodating.
I bought two used vehicles on the same day at Al Serra Auto Plaza. I did not buy aftermarket warranties. The sales person was helpful and polite. About two weeks after my purchase, the Acadia we bought had a complete transmission failure. It had to be rebuilt at a cost of $2,500. A week or so later the transmission computer failed. This stranded my wife and I more than 200 miles from home. I contacted the dealership, but all they would offer is "we'll have a look at it."
