The new car service is second to none! my saleswoman, Leann Chevalier, was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She constantly went out of her way to make my purchase as smooth as can be. She has definitely got a customer for life!
One of the worst places for service. Had my oil changed and started having problems after Alserra changed the oil! They left the oil cap off. They did not tighten the antifreeze tank caps. They broke a wire. There excuse was someone was tampering with my car which is locked and in a garage all night! Had check engine light on,told me bogus codes, One time to a different dealership which Alserra said any dealer ship would tell me the same story. Sales are fantastic no doubt BUT when it comes down to buying a $70,000 car take it in for service at YOUR dealership and having you damage it then deny it blows my mind not once but two times in a row lol. Refuse to honor the package bought about the windshield even tho it was well under the recommended size and damage the side fender and door of a car not even a year old. Our sales person Sean White was great to work with. He diligently made it easily possible to test drive many vehicles. The final paperwork was handled efficiently and questions were patiently answered. The answer team person, Gregg Pratt visited our home and was exceptionally helpful, also.
Their online service appointment is a joke! I had an oil change appointment for today that I booked online a few days ago. I received an email confirmation but when I got there today they said I'd have to wait 2 hours. This happened once before; Don't, know what I was thinking going back there. And of course no one in the service department tried to make it right. I'm done with Al Serra......

Picked up my new car today and I have to say that working with Al Serra has been easy and fast. Travis did an amazing job!!! I have already told a few friends to ask for him when looking for a new car. This is the place to buy a good used vehicle! �
