update.... My truck was there for 2.1/2 weeks, when I left it was all locked up and when I got it back it was unlocked and my chain saw was missing, no apologies not one.. 1/21/17 was sent a check in the mail to cover the cost of my saw, very thankful that the service manager stood up and handled it the way he did.. THANKYOU

John Peera is very helpful in finding the car that best suits our needs. He explained all the options on warranties, gap, etc. More importantly, he was very personable and we enjoyed his company while negotiating and setting everything up. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease.
We have taken 3 cars there now total. The service is great. They keep you updated on the status, they provided us with a like loaner. The staff is friendly, and they know what they are talking about. Great repair shop. The repair work id fabulous also.
We in last week to look at purchasing a used vehicle and was completely ignored by the sales individual. I was told the vehicle was on a 48 hour hold and he would contact me the following day for an update. I informed him I was off work this week and had limited time to finalize the transaction and lived over an hour away. The sales rep told me I should look to purchase a vehicle closer to my residence. I was recently in to Al Serra to have a right headlight replaced and the customer service I received from Daniel Garr was exceptional.....He explained some things that I will need to have done in the future for the car.... The headlight took only 45 mins and I was done. But the service Dept was just Awesome, so friendly and happy to be doing their job, which they do very very well.... Keep up the Good Work!
The service department for new Ram vehicles is VERY POOR!
I have learned to trust Al Sera Service Department. They fulfilled my expectations. Just recently, Mr.Keelin and Miss Hardwood worked with Chevrolet to get me a refund on some previous repairs. Thank You to all involved. Back in July, Mr.Keelin told me to give them a chance, and I did, and have not regretted it. They have been gracious with loaner vehicles and prompt on my repairs.
I took my car in for body repair on November 21. Still no car the damage was not that bad it was still drivable. Have had a rental for over 3 weeks now. They have called me with 5 different dates as to when it is supposed to be done. I am a very busy person and have to make arrangements with work n child care to be able to pick up my car. They really don't seem to give a crap. I will no longer do business with them again. Good bye Al Serra�
