I've purchased many vehicles from alserra and my salesmen was Hudy Handy he was honest and always made my experience a great one. During my last 2 visits to Kia service I had a great experience. In the past I experienced poor to fair service, so its nice to see so much improvement.
Free oil changes under warranty are appreciated, the drive to the dealership is worth it and the service is quick.

They did a really great job at doing a quick cover up of all the rust on my vehicle before I bought it. � Washed it twice and now it's a rust bucket.
Sales process was easy and smooth. Service area has been terrible. Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2 weeks ago with a water issue on the drivers side floorboards. I get the Jeep back 2 days later and was told a pinched ac line. I leave the dealership and immediately hear water under the drivers seat. Ok maybe an oversight so I talk to my service advisor and take back in this past Monday. They have my Jeep until Thursday this time and I get a list of what they did to the vehicle. Why do you advertise prices on website that not the general public qualify for.....Misleading! You have to jump through 10 hoops to get the online advertised price. Seems shady to me.
I payed $178 for them to install the outside drivers door handle. I had all the parts so it's just for installation. It fell off the next day. The repairs to recall work on the tail lights. They didn't work at all when I picked up the car. They fixed the lights again before I left the lot. Tail light was out the next day. I work a lot. They are 45 minutes away.
