Hello, I purchased my 2014 Subaru Outback from Al Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc last year. I was having an issue with my vehicles Bluetooth audio system. I called and spoke to Greg Pratt from the “A” Team on 06-24-15. Greg was able to talk me through the pairing process. He stayed on the phone with me past his quitting time. The combination of Sales & after Sales Support here is beyond belief. There is Jon Paris in the Buick/GMC Sales Department, Aaron Jacquez in the Service Department & Gregg Pratt on the technology A-Team. I just want to let you know the service team at Grand Blanc Kia is top notch, I came in with put an appointment for a transmission and recall issue. The took care of the problem and had me on my way in a couple hours. No charge was the best part. Thank you.
Bought a 03 Pontiac Grand Prix. 2 weeks later alternator goes out. 1 month later had to get a brand new transmission. I'm still having problems with the now. First and last car I will buy from them

On hold for 20 minutes just to set up an appointment time for an oil change. Also tried their online appointment form and still haven't heard back from anyone. That was over a week ago.
