I took my car in for a power steering recall. I was called later in the evening asking if they could keep the car overnight as they had found a problem with it not always wanting to leave park. They completed both repairs and an oil change (total cost to me? $14!)
What started out with alright service when dropping the car off, quickly turned south when my husband and I were told we " were stealing", when I stated we would never go back to Al Serra, the service manager at GMC stated "perfect". We have bought a few vehicles from here and have always went to the service department for car problems...never again. The service department is fantastic. My car was there for warranty work which I had to pay for first and they sent the form to GM for me and I received my refund today in the mail from Al Serra. They paid me first before GM. Thank you Service Department, your manager Paul Householder and Jacob, the service writer were perfection. I have always received first class service at Al Serra.
Great experience from start to finish, Outstanding customer service! Ryan was an amazing salesman and was very helpful to list all of our purchasing options without making us feel pressured. The Sales manager Khaled was extremely helpful and able to get a prompt appraisal for our trade-in. We were unable to take delivery of the car due to a manufacturer issue and were sent home with a loaner. Curious why you'd list "Best Price" on your website but when I call to ask about the vehicle come to find out from Shawn the sales person I spoke with tells me I actually can't get the "best price" unless I qualify for it. He then proceeds to tell me its a sales tactic used to gain customer interest and he applauds the marketing department for using such tactics to get people in the door. To me as a potential customer that is insulting! I take that back... I'm no longer a "potential customer" I will take my money to a dealer... read more
