Was quite a good price for my tires est 645 for a set of 4. End up paying 600 for three. worst customer service ever. After years of buying cars from here and recommending family and friends. I'm officially done. The service manager for GMC Todd/T'something should be fired! No rapport, no nothing, did not feel welcome at all. What ever happened to the good old handshake service. Obviously he didn't care!

2006 Cadiallc DTS purchased in May 2016 and 3 months later I have over $5,000 in repairs costs! I will never buy another used car from Al Serra again :(

Best dealership I have ever dealt with. Customer service is amazing in every area. Erick Faulkner (Sales) is a prime example of this. He goes above and beyond to ensure we remain Al Serra Auto Plaza customers. Thank you!

I received something in the mail about trading my lease car in for another year up, so I called an found my agent had retired, so they gave me someone else, who seem nice and attentive. He said he had three of the same kind I had and would get back with me soon. Didn't hear for over a week, so I called and left a message. Same thing happened, no answer for couple weeks and the three cars were gone. Was told he could fix me up with one year newer. So I ask for another agent. I found a 2003 Honda Element available at "wholesale to public" from Al Serra. Low miles (for an Element), clean carfax, and a great price. My wife and 11 month old took a 2 hour trip across the state to take it for a test drive, which only lasted for about half a mile after the car slugged to a stop. The brakes locked up! I was willing to forgive its condition given the price, and Rob, the sales rep, was very apologetic and willing to lower the price even more after the problem was fixed, which I appreciated. Had such a great experience trading in my car for our first ever lease. Tom Goodwin our salesman was great; he was to the point, had great humor, and made sure all our questions and concerns were taken care of. I have no doubt that if I went back tomorrow with an issue that he'd go out of his way to help. We look forward to our 2 years of leasing through Al Serra!
