excellent everything was fixed in a timely manner. service rep was very friendly and communication was always kept to let me know where we were in the repairs.

I had first class service on 1-27-17. Intake worker took me in right away although I was early. Couldn't ask for better service, I was escorted to waiting area where I had popcorn and water. Awesome service
My family just leased 4 new cars, Doug Nolan and the whole team in the Buick GMC side did a fantastic job explaining things and making the whole experience just great. We were running late with the paperwork but everyone necessary stayed and explained things, made sure we were happy and on our way. We live 45 minutes away and could have gone somewhere else but CHOOSE to do our car buying at Al Serra, because of the attention to our needs and budgets not theirs. Well done and thank you!

Love the used vehicle... lost quite a bit of trust in the sales department when I realized one of the problems could have - should have - been acknowledged and fixed when I asked about it.
Al Serra Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a new Chevy. While I have yet to have any service done on my new vehicle, very likely are the service team members quite professional.
I purchased a Chevy Cruze July of 2015 from the used car department. It is now January 2017 I have now found out this car has been in not one but two accidents, I bought it they told me it had been in none. I have now also spent over $2000.00 dollars on repairs !!!! This car has been nothing but a disaster! Do not buy from them they will lie to you and scam you!
