Took my car in to get the engine light looked at and found out that something was up with the intake manifold . I wished it didn't take 4 hours to fix but what can you do. They did a good job without a appointment. Will recommend
After visiting many dealerships, recently to lease a vehicle, I came back to Al Serra, spoke with Alex Curry, of whom is the used car service manager, (family has known him and bought many cars from him) he knew how bad my experiences had been, he then hand selected a female by the name of Jennifer Ogden. My fiancé and I received a letter from Al Serra Auto Plaza stating that we had been selected for the Payment Pull Ahead program. The letter states, verbatim, "cancel the remaining payments on your lease or loan and get into a new vehicle today." It does not say "might" or "maybe." In addition, nowhere in the entirety of this letter does it say anything about meeting terms and conditions, it simply says they will cancel our remaining payments. Jon Paris is the best. I would not buy from anyone else. He is with you forever. Truly concerned even after the sale and wants the customer to have the vehicle that is right for them. Honest, friendly...I could go on and on. I have a Buick dealer 2 miles down the road but I would rather drive 15 to work with Jon.
I would highly recommend Deon to anyone. He's the best and will take care of you in no time.
