I was advised by my insurance agent to take my daughters car to the body shop at Al Serra in Grand Blanc. I was unable to go with my daughter because of work. We had rental car coverage for $30. a day. My daughter got a car from Enterprise which is located at the dealership. We are on our 3rd lease through Al Serra. We worked with David Garr for our current lease and we couldn't be happier. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to decide. We were able to try both Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and also GM/Chevrolet. He worked within our budget to get us the best options and was readily available to answer questions. Will return and hope to work with David again in the future!
Last month I purchased a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer from the used lot. I worked with Tom Muldoon, who was by far the best salesman I've worked with. He found me this amazing deal without trying to up-sell me, and made the process easy and straight-forward. I live 45 minutes away from Al Serra, so I had several other dealers closer to choose from. I recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal and respectful service.
Kenny bigelow is top notch which resulted in 4 vehicles purchase or leased in a very short time span and undiscovered damage will be taken care off as it wasn't noticed until leaving dealership
