I think your business should do a better job scheduling appointments for oil changes. The first time I came in with an appointment it took your staff 2 hours to complete. I asked the lady at the counter what was taking so long and if she could see how much longer it would be. She got snotty with me and not only tried to tell me that's how long it takes but asked the person completing the oil change when he would be done and came back with an answer of i don't know. Way too much time spend buying a new car. Constant interruptions & lack of privacy was worrisome. Car was “ ready for me pick up” on Friday. I was there over 3 hours & saw damage to the new car that supposed to fixed- smudged job. Paint “touch up” didn’t even match- door ding, paint chip, leather smudged & sticky, missing parts! Greatly disappointed! Should have went back to Sellers Subaru.
I've bought most of my cars through this dealership. More specifically, through Vic George. He is a great sales man. He is very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at, and has lots of experience in the field. If Vic was not sure about something, he found the answer quickly and got back to me right away.
