We have purchased two cars from Erik Faulkner and we will never see another salesman. He is will do do anything to help you with a sale and always willing to help. I almost always have issues with their service center. My car was damaged in their possesion the first time I took it for an oil change. They did cover the repair cost from the body shop, but it wasn't without great attitude and unprofessional ism front the service manager. That brings me to today issue. Eric Boitos the service advisor gave me attitude right out the gate. Always know what's up with my car. Jason keeps me informed and is always very polite and nice. I request him every time I need to tak my car in.
I sent Kenny a text at about 9 am inquiring about a few cars and by 5:30 that same day I was driving my new Cadillac XT5 home. He was amazing and made the whole process easy. Great sense of humor and easy to talk to, I’d highly recommend him!
