We bought our car at al Serra but will never go there again for service. My car was having an issue with the catalytic converter and I scheduled an appt to bring it in. As I was dropping it off at noon I asked what time they closed. He told me but said they wouldn’t even be looking at my car until the next day. Hello, I just took ownership of a Buick Regal Cxl on Friday.. Then yesterday when I was driving it stalled out on me and it will not accelerate past 15 mph then it will cut off.. I start it back up the engine is jolting.. Then it says service stabililink and then engine power reduced. Bought a vehicle here a few years ago. Great experience. I called them on Thursday morning and asked if I bought a vehicle, could they deliver it to me. They said yes. So I go in Thursday morning,purchase a vehicle, they said they would deliver it. So I go home and wait. No vehicle. They said it'll be delivered Friday. So I sit and wait all day Friday. Wow. FYI everyone DONT TAKE YOUR DODGE TO AL SERRA for service. I took my 2013 Dart in for the blower motor not working ....3 weeks later and 5 different diagnosis I no longer have a remote starter, my headlights won't turn off , my breaks go to the floor and the blower comes on when it wants to. When I asked about my starter the said they didn't see it or have It, when I told them I didn't feel safe with the breaks that way they told me they were sorry I felt that way and to have a nice day I was put on hold with customer c... read more

Brought my car in for no heat blower motor wasn't working 3 weeks later I get my car returned brakes don't work right missing my remote starter wires in the back seat and a service manager who blamed it on me very rude unprofessional not to mention when I told him I didn't feel the car was safe to drive he replied I'm sorry you feel that way ! The breaks have since went out again my head lights are wired backwards never been more insulted in my life. .
