Both my husband and I bought vehicles and are very pleased with the vehicles and the professional service we received. Our salesman ( Greg Serges ) was very honest and went above any experience we had at other dealerships.

I hate Al Serra more and more evey time I have to go there! I Purchased my last two vehicles from there but NEVER again. Sales is fine but service dept sucks on every level. They make u make an appointment to see an advisor which has nothing to do with your vehicle being inspected. Even with an appointment you may have to leave it for DAYS before they can even look at it. Who does that? That is REDICULOUS!!!!!!
