This is my first time having service done at Al Serra Cadillac. I just have a simple tire rotation and oil change and have already waited 1 hour and 20 minutes with no end in sight. Not impressed at all!
It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman was very nice and it was fast and over with before I knew it.
I purchased my Equinox from Lauren Robak. She made me feel at ease, since this was the first time I have had to make a decision without my husband. Lauren worked with me to get my payments at a manageable rate. I do have to take it in because of a problem with the AWD. We will see about the service department. I grew up in a repair shop, so it's not like I don't know the workings of a vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Al Serra in 2013 it’s now 2018 and here I am still rolling they do great jobs on my oil change service.. I was just there yesterday looking at a 2015 truck and by the looks of it I should have it before this month of February is over.
I have nothing but good things to say about the purchase of my new Buick LaCrosse easy to deal with and done in a timely fashion. Thank you
