Great customer service! There was some miscommunication about when I needed to be back to work and get a courtesy ride. Mark Brann handled the situation beautifully. I was at a point today, where I would have been a customer that never returned to Al Serra for service, but with the way Mark handled the situation, I'm not sure if I'll ever take my vehicle anywhere else. I leased two cars from them and am very happy with them.
Sales guy was arrogant and very condescending. Called me a liar about a deal I had at another dealership. Had no sense of humor. Made it incredibly obvious he didn't care about a sale. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable dealing with him. Extremely happy I went to Rick Wise who made a great offer, and I could give them a sale instead of this guy. Al Serra is a great place to buy a car.
Very disappointed. Maintenance department is a major let down. Replaced parts, $500 dollars later, everything is the same. The new blower motor works well behind the dash, just dont come out of the vents. They have definitely lost any business from anyone i know.
Went to Al Serra a couple hours before closing. Chelsea Chittick did and amazing job in the pouring rain to get our trade in taken care of and on our way in a short time. Highly recommend her for a fast and smooth transaction!!
We bought our first & second Subarus here. The experience was not a hassle, and everything went smooth. The service department is excellent. I always make the trip for the oil change and maintenance service We, without hesitating,returned to this dealer.

Deon at CDJR was very professional and he made sure that I got all of the services that I asked for. He made sure to ask if there were any other services that I needed.
