Jennifer was fabulous to work with! I received a prompt, friendly greeting, great customer service. She is knowledgeable and professional. My car was in and out with her routine maintenance and there was a small gift waiting on the console for me. Plus, she is a dog person....that tells me a lot about someones' personality!
We had been lazily looking for a new vehicle for a while, finally wandered into Al Serra Used car office & were introduced to Ryan Foley and talked w / him .He was very knowledgable about all the features we wanted . 2 wks later , I finally called him & he told me about an Equinox that was right up our alley!
