I think Al Serra automotive department is a rip-off I took my car up there last month cuz engine light was on charge me $125 said computer needed updating less than three weeks later I was right at got my oil changed they checked it said it was good the next day my engine lights right back now they say it need fuel injectors $1,075 3 days got it back 30 minutes later engine light right back on took it back they said sensors was bad but i was still out $1075. Sales was great! Been buying here for close to 20 years. Just hope the GMC service department, is different than the cheverolet. .

Darrel was very prompt and friendly. Although the car we came to buy had sold, he gave us a similar option that we ended up loving even more. It was a great "first new car" buying experience. I would visit Darrel again for any future purchases, and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
First GM cuts cost on thier cars now the dealers are cutting cost on locations... let me evaluate. im passing the location and notice the road is wet... sprinklers are on, maybe the wind blew water towards the road; NOPE! as i drive past i am shot in the face with hose water and dang near swerve out of my lane into another vehicle, im soaked, my childs soaked, my leather interior in my Lexus is soaked... FIX YOUR SPRINKLERS AND SELL AMERICAN MADE CARS!!!!
My experience at Al Serra was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and it was over what I wanted to spend, but ultimately it was the vehicle I knew I wanted and the price I would reluctantly pay so long as the car and experience made me comfortable in doing so.
