Well organized and quick attention to all customers...employees seemed respectful even as competing for customers
had an appointment to look at a car and it was sold before we got there. they knew which car we were coming to look at and didn't have the courtesy to let us know it was sold. we were even on the big board behind the counter so it wasn't a secret we were coming.
Ellen was so kind and helpful in my buying experience. She even helped me get the financing at the rate I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Ellen to any of my friends and family. In fact, my sister came in and had a similar experience just a few days later!
Oil change has taken more than 100 minutes after it was driven to garage. That is after making an appointment. Poor service time management
Corey was amazing!! My mom had a stroke this year so she is slow at understanding and processing everything someone says when they are speaking to her. He went above and beyond and explained things numerously and answered all of her (100 questions)! He was very patient and kind!! Props to Corey !
Great experience, sales Jerry was very helpful, very nice and very easy to work with at there Honda department. He even let us use one of there truck for my son Homecoming parade. My son is a senior and he is one of the nominees for homecoming King. Thank you so much Jerry. My husband also love his new Honda Civix Hatchback EX 2018
