Yesterday I walked in Al Serra and said I’m looking for a truck. I was basically treated like they could not get rid of me fast enough. Didn’t ask me my name. Nothing. I said can I get a list of what is in the lot and go look at them. They printed a list handed it to me and walked away. No one helped me. No one came out to open any of the trucks. It was like they just didn’t want to spend 20 minutes waiting on me so see what kind of buyer I was. To bad.

Adam G. was wonderful during my experience at Al Serra! He was patient and answered all of my questions about my new vehicle and my different options. Al Serra was fair regarding the amount of my trade in for my old vehicle, and they worked with me through some special circumstances. Christina was also very patient while waiting for my insurance to go through so she could do her part! I definitely recommend Al Serra!
the customer service department is extremely slow when it takes hour and 50 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation and balance. the only response i got was" we are running behind" i watched as my car was getting tires rotated and balanced and the first tire was on machine over 25 minutes. the other tires took about 2 minutes each... this type of service will have me thinking twice about coming back.
I have known Ryan Burge for over 10 years since he was the service manager for Al Serra Cadillac. Ryan's professionalism and meticulousness is how he provides great customer service, and this is what makes you feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. I have purchased all of my vehicles through him and always will for years to come!
