My mothers car has been in their shop for over a week and they are just now telling us that they'll look at it tomorrow. This is why people would rather take their chances with other places. You've had her car for 7 whole days and you're now telling us you'll look at it?
Made an appointment LAST WEEK to bring my truck in TODAY for service. Was told today I have to leave my truck for 5-7 DAYS before they will even look at it! And I'm not allowed to just bring it back in 5-7 days. TERRIBLE!!
I spoke with Eric in the service department about my Chevy Equinox. I had purchased it from another dealership and thought it was a solid vehicle. After having not owned it for very long the check engine light came on and I found out that all of the solenoids and camshaft sensors need to be replaced.
