I took my truck to the Al Serra body shop for insurance claim repair because of Al Serra’s good reputation. Let me start by saying I have never been so disappointed in my life with the experience I’ve had. The repairs I needed were extensive due to a tree falling on the roof and hood of my truck. Spent day and days looking for a vehicle. Went in to test drive an Acadia that they had posted online. Drove the car, loved it and bought it.
