Tom Muldoon is a great guy and did a great job helping us. I had three cars in mind that I wanted to look at and Tom didn't hesitate a bit to round up all 3 and show them to me. The car I chose needed a few things done to be ready for delivery and he went above and beyond to get them taken care. Great guy!
The Al Serra crew is just amazing! I tried to make an oil change appointment online but must have done something wrong because when we arrived today, they didn’t have us in their system. They took care of us anyway, in plenty of time for us to get to a doctor appointment, and they washed our car, too!! Al Serra Auto Plaza is our place for cars and service! Well done!
