My husband is replacing the struts, ball joints, breaks and headlights on our '14 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This is a first for us so we didn't realize we needed strut retaining clips until 2:40pm on a Saturday. I called 3 other dealerships, all told me there was no way I'd make it to them before they closed but I could pick it up on Monday. My husband brought his truck here for work about 7 months ago... after them having the truck on and off for 3 months and 11grand later he is still having nothing but issues with it. He took it to get new tires today at a different shop & the tire rods which they supposedly replaced at al Serra are already bad and never greased or installed correctly. Al Serra is the worst service.. they don’t stand by their work at all.. they say they fix your vehicle but the same things go wrong in a month n send you another quote for 2,000 too fix more needless things on your vehicle. Absolute worst mechanic work and just try too upcharge everything ten fold.. don’t take your vehicle too them..
