I just purchased a beautiful jeep Cherokee my sales person was Jason Fleury the transaction was absolutely seamless… He was so helpful in a matter of about one hour I had a car and it is really nice… I highly recommend Al Serra and will be doing business with them in the future.. Jason Fleury knows what he is doing And just for conversation sake I struggled big time at car dealerships and had been to two others and was treated very rude.

We were told by Scott our salesmen that, Al Sarah doesn't make deals and hasn't made deals in 40 years. When their customer service contacted us the next day, we told them about Scott's little speech. My wife specifically requested not to have him contact us. So, what does he do? Scott ended up calling my wife and asked her if she was enquiring about financing. which. obviously never happened. He then proceeded to give her the same speech about Al Serra not making deals AGAIN!!!
I was treated like I was a VIP! Eric,Adam and their finance person...sorry I forgot her name worked so hard to make sure I was able to purchase my dream vehicle. I will be recommending anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle to Al Serra
