Good place to buy a truck
Wanted remote key for sons truck. I made an appointment and arrived to find out they had to order the key. 2nd visit after a 2 hour wait was told needed new tumbler for additional 70.00 on top of 250.00 ... I said if I need it go ahead they installed it still didn’t work ... 3rd visit because they had to order another key. Waited another 2 hours finally got it fixed... lost my business and I bought a new truck here last year
We had a great experience with Gregg Pratt at Serra Subaru. My first contacts were from email in the morning. He was very responsive with my questions and gave me their best price, which was lower than 3 other dealerships much closer to me. We then drove the 33 miles to Grand Blanc that afternoon, turned in our Dodge lease and drove home with our new Ascent! Thanks Gregg!
