I was very impressed with John Peera. He was great to work with, fun and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions immediately and did his best to make me a happy customer! Keep giving benefit of doubt and every time disappointed. Went this morning for an oil change and tire rotation on 2019 Acadia. I have one more free one and they tell me 2019 only get one free oil change. I’ll go back to my dealership for my free oil change. Try to save myself a trip and mileage plus it’s a GMC so who cares where I bought it but nope I’ll drive the hour to get better service. The service guys personality was not friendly. Al Serra proves over and over why I go else where for my vehicles every 3 years.
