My experience was great. I had the engine light come on and I drove right to the dealership. I didn't have an appointment, but Tasha checked my car in, and gave me a call at home when she found out what the problem was. I told her to go ahead with the repairs and the car was done in a couple hours. I appreciate what she did for me that day.
