My parents leased a terrain with Doug Nolan and they have told everyone they will never do business anywhere else. He was wonderful and he went above and beyond to make them feel like family. My Grandma went in and bought a vehicle with Sonia Frye and she was so patient and caring with her. She took her time and answered all of my grandmas questions and made sure she got exactly what she wanted. They all couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys!

I was warned by my father not to purchase a vehicle from al Serra auto plaza. He had problems when he bought his Kia trying to get a second key. I went ahead and bought my Silverado there anyway. I was told I would get 4 free oil changes with my truck being certified preowned. I went and got my first one today and was told I only get 2. I know other people that bought certified preowned Silverados from other dealers and they've got 4 free oil changes. Then when taking my truck off of the lift they popped one of my tires. My fiancé and I drove 3 hours to go look at a car, we absolutely fell in love with it, so we put in a credit application because we were told the only way the car would be held for us is if we put in an application. We got a call the next day that we needed a co signer, after no luck of finding one we decided to try getting a loan through our personal bank.
