Went there to upgrade my car. First day, my salesperson was great. When we went back for a test drive, someone else helped us because he was out. She was extremely rude when I told her I didn’t like the car. I went back another day to test drive another car, my original salesperson was there. He didn’t seem any better than the second salesperson. He talked down to me and made me feel worthless. I took my business elsewhere and will NEVER go to Al Serra again!!!
