Great place to buy a car. They’re very well priced and the salesman are spectacular.
I had to have my motor replaced due to water indigestion. Gave them plugs starter oil and oil filter. Oil filter was not used found out my crossover pipe was broke somehow my fault when there was no leak or hole when i have it to them. 2 months later motor died for a 2nd time so they replaced the motor now the brand new starter is not on the motor and it's having start up issues. Alserra claims its my fault they also trell me my catalytic converters are now toast caused by me according to al serra. Took it back for a rattle ... read more
Brought car in for a scheduled appointment and it was not even looked at until the following afternoon (and had to pay for loaner out of pocket). I was told I had a bad starter and had to have it replaced. When I got my car back (3 days later!), it would not turn over. I was then told the battery was the problem -- after already paying for a new starter! Three days earlier they said the battery was not the problem and was fine. Jason provided me information on all Cadillacs that would fit my price point and family needs. He understood what I expressed with value as well as the need for low mileage. Daniel was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! He was very prompt with calling me back or updating me. He was very understanding when we ultimately decided we couldn’t afford the repairs, but also gave me recommendations on which to pritoize moving forward. I went inside and Waited.
