I do not usually give a review, Tasha Johnson went out her way to get my 2015 Cruze with the driver window stuck down in for repair. Tasha updated me every step of the way. It turn out my window regulator cable broke and they had the regulator in stock. 2 1/2 hours later she had me on way for my appointment which i got to on time. Thank You Tasha.

Will never come here again. Brought my work vehicle here for a simple oil change and tire rotation and I am sitting here hour and a half later and it still isnt done. I scheduled the appointment online a few days before since I was off work. They almost refused me service because the car is an old beater and accused me of blaming them if something goes wrong. * Revision from previous review* I ended up coming back to Al Serra. I worked with Meghann at the jeep building. She was amazing! I will deal with her in future deals. I got my Jeep Compass, my husband got a Ram the next week, my husbands friend went last week and got a Jeep from her as well. Now my cousin is meeting with her. I highly recommend Meghann. Tried to purchase a new Dodge truck and everything was going good until it came time for the appraisal of my trade in truck. The price they gave me was ridiculously low. The website claims "Receive Excellent Kelley Blue Book trade in pricing, less reconditioning, on your vehicle". The price they gave was the very low end of good.
