We have never had anything but great service with So Serra
Absolutely amazing. I met with Robbie first thing Monday morning to inquire about a Chevy Silverado. He had what I was looking for and let me take it for a test drive. When I returned and told him this was the one and asked if I could pick it up on Wednesday morning. His response, "We can make that happen." And they did. Great sales rep!! Been working with Robbie for over 20 years. 5 stars!!!
My Wife and I have bought several new vehicles at AL Serra dealership. Our sales person Jon Parris is one of the reasons we continue to do business with them. They always have a large selection of General Motor vehicles on site and we have been happy with the service department.. Jon took all the time that was needed to make sure we were getting the best vehicle that fit our needs. THANKS JON
Be VERY cautious if you are taking your vehicle to Al Serra. Not only have we had them lie on maintenance reports we have also had issues with them fixing a car of ours, not to mention the service managers attitude. We had a problem with a noise in our vehicle, the tech drove it, and when we got it back the radio station was on one that we never listen too and turned up.. This place is absolutely terrible, the only thing they have going for them is volume of inventory. Other than that there service is complete and utter bullshit. I have 5+ cars from here and will never darken their doorstep again. Shit service, and half ass work. Blame customers and speak to them as if there bad work is some how the customers fault. I've had it with this place. If I could give them negative stars I would. I will be warning all friends and family to avoid this place like the plague.
Adam was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We walked in knowing exactly what vehicle we wanted and he found it for us! I’m a very happy Jeep Wrangler customer!!!
