Last time I was told it was under warranty then 500 later, this time they wanted 112 to look at it and couldn't look at it got 3 says minimum. Lost me for sure!
We brought our vehicles in for service, and were told we needed an appointment for an oil change. So we came back after scheduling an appointment, to which they told us it would be at least an hour wait before they could service our vehicles. What was the point of having to make an appointment? The manager, Greg, was less than helpful. This shop books more appointments than it can handle at the expense of the customer and is very poorly ran.
I wasn't referred to Karla by no one, we just happened to be welcomed to the dealership by her. After buying our first vehicle, I knew exactly who I'd be going to visit to purchase a vehicle from. Karla is very friendly, honest and makes you feel comfortable know she will do everything she can to assist you in finding the right vehicle! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
