Where to start. I got quite a shock, handled it badly, but JD and the other guy never let me get under their skin. They stayed positive, worked it out for me, quite favorably for me i might add, and JD's positivity and continued grace even when i was decidedly ungracious, turned me back around!! I'll be back, have been back twice already actually lol, and told/ will continue to tell, everyone i know what a great experience I've had all 3 times!!
My husband and I go through Al Serra for our vehicles first couple times we delt with Scott Good always very nice and very helpful. This time I tried a different dealership and it took forever to get a descent deal and they ended up selling the car on me so I went back to Al Serra. First and honestly probably the LAST time I'll buy here. I came in from Saginaw yesterday to purchase a used vehicle yesterday. I met with my salesman who didn't have much enthusiasm at all. It really made me feel uneasy about the whole process. I came in with an approval from a financing company that happened to be ONLY $800 short of what the dealer was asking including taxes. I took my � in for a oil change and the had me in there for a hour and a half...forgot to put my sticker in my window to tell me when my next oil change

Very organized and easy process! James Johnson is extremely knowledgeable on all topics and extremely professional. We needed the Traverse right away for our growing family, and have little time to spare. James made sure everything was taken care of and easy for us to get the vehicle quickly. He even made a house call to get paper worked signed. James went above and beyond and we are extremely thankful! I believe the whole process took about 1 week - that's amazing. Thank you James for a job very well done.
It was a wonderful experience. I was very nervous but was able to relax within a few minutes of meeting Tom. He is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. He made this experience for me great. I was referred to him by a friend and I will be referring him to friends as well.
