Kyle was consistently friendly, informative, took his time for dialogue asking appropiate questions about my unit, general comfort and health issues related to the AC/Heater. Also seemed knowledgable and skilled with answering questions from this customer.

I always get very professional service people and great service. Since I started having them come twice a year, I have had no AC or heat problems. More than worth the expense. They also caught a big problem before my warranty ran out which saved me an expensive repair.
AC by J has been out several times to assist with air conditioning and plumbing. They are always on time, efficient and honest. Those are characteristics that I look for in a business and I highly recommend themQ
I continue to be very satisfied with service from ACbyJ. They put in a new unit for me last year and it had started to make a very annoying sound. Tim had been my service tech before and I really liked how professional and knowledgeable he was. I requested him this time and he came out and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Said he’d run into that problem before. Replaced the fan blade and no more noise. All under warranty. I highly recommend this company and Tim.

<p>AC by J consistently provides excellent service. Most recently, my HVAC Service Professional was Austin. He went above and beyond to help me and to thoroughly review the status of my unit from within my unit to up on the roof to make sure it was in excellent working order. Austin was kind, helpful, professional and got the work done in the time frame that was promised.
