Todd went above and beyond all of our expectations in explaining our options when selecting a tankless water heater and water treatment system. Nate Soudani was very professional, fully explained the work carried and identified a potential issue I should be aware off that might require repair in the future, but without any pressure to immediately action. AC by Jay have been a great service provider for many years.

It was the first OVER 100 degree SUNDAY afternoon in Scottsdale, and the AC unit which cools the bedrooms would not start. I called AC by J and TIM came by within 2 hours. In minutes Tim found the trouble - a packrat had nibbled on a wire. He reconnected the wire and a fixed a few other gnawed connections and the unit started working immediately. I have been using AC by J for several years. I have always had a wonderful customer experience and prompt service. I’ve never been felt that I have been up sold, or anything is been done that did not need to be. This is a very honest company. They will tell you what needs to be done now, and if you can’t afford it at the present being what needs to be done in the future to keep your AC unit running as long as possible. Joshua W. I've had AC by J work on both my AC and my plumbing. In each case the techs were courteous and professional. They knew their job and did the work well. I'm highly satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs AC or plumbing work done.
