Plumber Todd *******came out on the weekend in the evening to fix a leaky waterline at the front of the house. He resolved the issue quickly and professionally, removing some previously installed poor work which had caused the issue. We have used several other companies over the years for both Plumbing and AC, and are happy that we finally have found one that delivers what they say, when they say it.

We had McKinley Unruh come out and check a leak that I had around my shower. McKinley was very friendly, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend him and this company for any of your plumbing concerns.

Wow! Eric and Buzz are impressive! Both were professional, friendly, personable, and informative. They listened to iur concern(s) and offered options for resolution of a/c issue at hand. On July 2, 2019, I had Troy from AC by J come out to repair one of my units(swamp cooler). It was determined it needed a new fan, and Troy promptly took care of the situation. He was thorough and finished the job in no time! It was up and running and cooling(@65 degrees) right away. We love this company and do highly recommend them to all!

We have used AC by J for a little over a year now and have never been disappointed. Every employee we encounter is courteous and professional, they are more concerned about our comfort than making sales. When we needed to have our entire unit replaced this summer we were so afraid of being overcharged in a what amounts to being a seller's market (summer in AZ) but our techs number one concern was getting us air back to our home, NOT over selling us on things we didn't need. I had my annual plumbing inspection recently and Todd was the technician who performed the service. He did a thorough job and recommended a much needed replacement of the anode in the water heater. I've always had good experiences with A/C by Jay's plumbing and air conditioning services.

One of the two air conditioning units in our home broke down in the mid-summer heat. A/C by Jay had someone out to diagnose the problem within a few hours, and went out of their way to secure a necessary part to have it fixed by the next day. They also installed the two units and we have a maintenance plan with them.
